The Asics GEL-NYC is a sneaker that blends the old and the new in running shoes. The upper is inspired by the GEL-NIMBUS® 3 and the GEL-MC PLUS™ V, two iconic models from the early 2000s. The tooling uses the GEL-CUMULUS® 16 system, which provides lightweight and comfortable cushioning with GEL® technology in the rearfoot and forefoot.
