Special Releases & Final Sale Policies
Special release items and anything else marked FINAL SALE are non-cancelable, nonreturnable and nonexchangeable for any reason. Furthermore, these items are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise noted.
Customers are only eligible for one pair of special release footwear. We reserve the right to cancel any multiple orders.
For customers that do not elect Signature Required at shipping, they confirm their parcel can be left outside the premises of the address provided and take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
All footwear returns containing 5 or more pairs are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
For orders with multiple items, additional shipping charges may apply. For orders with multiple items outside of the Continental US, additional shipping charges may apply.
A shipping and handling fee of $10 or more may be added to all special release items at checkout ($5 or more for each additional special release item).
International shoppers are required to pay duties & taxes.
If you refuse the delivery or it cannot be delivered by the carrier, the order will be returned to Xhibition and you will be credited for the product cost, less shipping/handling, and a 10% restocking fee.
Any order returned that is deemed ineligible based on these Terms and Conditions will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
All charity raffles are nonrefundable purchases.
International customers: If you refuse or fail to pick up a shipment from us, which includes failure to pay applicable duties and taxes, and your package is returned to us you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
ChargebacksWe reserve the right to permanently block customers who file a chargeback for any order that shows as being delivered to the address provided and/or raffle tickets sold for charity. This is considered suspicious activity and may be reported to federal authorities via the INTERPOL website.
Terms of Service
Xhibition does not guarantee the availability of items listed on Xhibition. Xhibition makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items available on our website; however, certain products may sell out. On the rare occasion, we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and let you know if the item is backordered or when it may be restocked. Depending on vendor availability and seasonal change, some sold out items may not be restocked. If an item(s) ordered are unavailable, we will contact the client immediately with further options. Placing an order does not establish a contract. Orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, failure to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.
We reserve the right to block any customer for any reason from making purchases on www.xhibition.co.
