Shipping policy
We offer Standard and Express delivery services within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout after the shipping address is entered.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $250 or more.
Orders with a total shipment weight of 25 lbs or more are subject to additional shipping fees. Customers will receive a shipping invoice for these orders which must be paid in full prior to shipment. Multiple orders placed within the same 24-hour period may be combined when calculating total shipment weight.
International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes, which are calculated by the destination country’s customs agency and collected at checkout.
We are unable to modify or refund any amounts paid for duties and taxes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, though please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship before reaching out to our team.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made, even if the request is submitted before the item has shipped.
If an order shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact UPS to open up a case. Then, please send us the case number and we will promptly follow up with UPS and provide additional documents. Once the claim has been filed, please allow up to 7 days for UPS to reach a resolution. You will receive an email as soon as the claim has been resolved. If the claim is approved, a full refund will be provided. If the claim is denied, this means UPS has confirmed the package was successfully delivered to the correct address and we are unable to provide a refund.
