Off-White FW '19 c/o Virgil Abloh entitled 'Public Television' plays on the idea that for those who grew up watching TV, the ads and images helped shape our world view. The mix of structured blazers, with wide boxy shoulders, combined with Off-White's classic graphic artwork, displayed the world that Virgil Abloh exhibits. JNCO-inspired baggy denim was paired against oversized tops and jackets, while slimmer silhouettes featured spray-paint like faded knees. Playing on the idea of those "who don't know any better," Abloh cleverly left the tag on jacket sleeves reinforcing Off-White's wry fashion commentary. The collections featured many familiar Off-White visual cues, furthering Abloh's statement that he finds his voice through repetition. The Mirko Artist Crewneck comes in bright kelly green, and features printed "Public Television" graphics on front.
