Once the package enters the hands of the shipping company, it is up to them (FEDEX amd USPS) to deliver your package. If your tracking number shows delivered but your package never arrived, please click on the link that corresponds with your preferred shipping method to start the claims process.
Domestic shipping options include FEDEX Ground, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. We are now offering FREE FEDEX Ground on all orders other than special release items, which require a shipping & handling fee (rate is applied at checkout).
We use FEDEX Ground or Express exclusively for international orders for a flat rate.

From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, we work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and eCommerce hosting is secure.

When checking out, you will see your browser URL bar change to green, which is extended validation that our store is secure. Be sure to look for this when shopping on any site on the Internet and carry a slim wallet.

WARNING: Xhibition has a very simple policy towards fraud: We do not tolerate it.
All suspicious orders and IP addresses will be reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and International Police (INTERPOL). We also work with local authorities to assist with fraud investigation.
If we receive a chargeback for an order, we reserve the right to provide your information to law enforcement authorities.

In an effort to serve you better, our site runs Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. We collect demographics of our sites visitor traffic in two ways; traffic by age ranges and traffic by gender. We also gather our visitor's interests in two ways, behavior by affinity categories, and behavior by other interest categories.
Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings.
Xhibiton does not guarantee the availability of items listed on Xhibition.co. Xhibition makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items available on our website; however, certain products may sell out. On the rare occasions, if we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and let you know if the item is back ordered or when it may be restocked. Depending on vendor availability and seasonal change, some sold out items may not be restocked. If an item(s) ordered are unavailable, we will contact the client immediately with further options. Placing an order does not establish a contract. Orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, failure to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.
We use Frenzy to combat bots and fraud by requiring people to use Apple Pay or Google Pay as a payment method. We feel this is a fair way to handle hype releases where the demand far exceeds the supply.
If you were able to make a purchase using the app, you will get an email confirmation from Xhibition. If you do not get an email your purchase was not successful.
DO NOT CONTACT THE STORE OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
If you do not get an email but you see a "Pending Authorization" it does not guarantee a shoe in any way and only means you were in line but unable to purchase. The charge will fall off after 2-5 business days.
If your bank canceled the charge, you need to contact your bank and not us.
If you call about either of these two matters we will take your name and email address and IG handle. The call will end quickly and you will be asked to visit the Help Section on our site.
If you continue to contact us after reading this or us advising to visit the help section, you will be banned from future Frenzy releases and raffles; we will do more "secret sales" by invitation only if this becomes a problem.
Unfortunately, we can not cancel any order once it has been placed, if you would like to return your order once it was delivered, please follow this link, https://xhibition.returnly.com/. If your order is eligible for a return, a return label will be generated and sent to your email.
Due to the influx of webpage generated traffic during large special releases and sale events, sometimes confirmation emails can be delayed, you should see a confirmation email within 24 hours of order placement.
Once the package has been returned to our fulfillment center, you will be contacted within 1 business day with instructions. If the package was sent back because of UPS’s three delivery rule, it will be restocked and you will be refunded the price of the item less a 10% restocking fee and shipping.
Unfortunately, to protect ourselves against fraudulent orders, we can not change any delivery address once the order has been placed. If you wish, please sign up for UPS My Choice, this will allow you to edit your shipments.
If you are ordering from within the United States, you should receive a tracking number within 2 business days of order placement, if you are an international shopper, please allow 3-4 business days for your tracking number to arrive in your email.
