Once the package enters the hands of the shipping company, it is up to them (FEDEX amd USPS) to deliver your package. If your tracking number shows delivered but your package never arrived, please click on the link that corresponds with your preferred shipping method to start the claims process.
Domestic shipping options include FEDEX Ground, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. We are now offering FREE FEDEX Ground on all orders other than special release items, which require a shipping & handling fee (rate is applied at checkout).
We use FEDEX Ground or Express exclusively for international orders for a flat rate.

Xhibition makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items available on our website; however, certain products may sell out. Depending on vendor availability and seasonal change, some sold out items may not be restocked. If an item(s) ordered are unavailable, we will contact the client immediately with further options. There are several ways to earn points: including shopping, referring a friend, having a birthday, and following us on social media. You earn points on every dollar you spend, including special releases.
What can points be redeemed for?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on all products except for special release items and a few others. All exclusions can be found here. However, you will earn points on all purchases.
How do I check my points balance?
Your points balance is displayed at the top of the VIP page. You must be logged in to your account to view your balance and redeem your points.
Can point redemption be combine with other discounts?
Unfortunately, point redemption cannot be combined with other discounts.
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion or make a purchase. Please contact us if you do not receive these points within 24 hours.
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire after 365 days from the day you earned them.
Does my VIP tier expire?
Your VIP tier is based on your spend of the last 12 months. Therefore, you may drop tiers 12 months after a purchase.
Do returns affect my points?
The associated points with all returned items will be deducted from your account. This is also true of Refer a Friend promotions. To explain, if your referred friend returns their purchase, the points you earned from their purchase will be deducted from your account.
