Any item that is non special release or anything that is NOT marked down greater than 40%. All special release merchandise and items marked down greater than 40% are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
Due to the influx of webpage generated traffic during large special releases and sale events, sometimes confirmation emails can be delayed, you should see a confirmation email within 24 hours of order placement.
Once the package has been returned to our fulfillment center, you will be contacted within 1 business day with instructions. If the package was sent back because of UPS’s three delivery rule, it will be restocked and you will be refunded the price of the item less a 10% restocking fee and shipping.
Anything marked down greater than 40%, special release shoes, or any items marked “FINAL SALE” are non returnable, for all other returns, you can return the item within 21 days with original boxes and tags in tack, please note that the shipper is responsible for all shipping and handling charges as well as a 10% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, to protect ourselves against fraudulent orders, we can not change any delivery address once the order has been placed. If you wish, please sign up for UPS My Choice, this will allow you to edit your shipments.
If you are ordering from within the United States, you should receive a tracking number within 2 business days of order placement, if you are an international shopper, please allow 3-4 business days for your tracking number to arrive in your email.
Due to the nature of the footwear industry, we are not responsible for any damaged items, if you think UPS damaged your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the UPS Claims process. We ask that you contact the manufacturer of the shoe for any damaged or defective footwear.

All sales of special release items, items marked down ≥ 40%, and anything else marked FINAL SALE are nonrefundable, i.e. unable to be returned, exchanged, or cancelled for any reason other than the receipt of damaged/defective item.
All other items may be returned within 21 days of ordering if in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Customers are required to pay the cost of return shipping.

Domestic shipping options include UPS Ground, Three-Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air Saver. We are now offering FREE UPS Ground on all orders other than special release items, which require a $10 shipping & handling fee (an additional $5 for each special release item).

Xhibition makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items available on our website; however, certain products may sell out. On the rare occasions, if we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and let you know if the item is back ordered or when it may be restocked.
