Orders

Please note that All sales of Don C products and limited release apparel and footwear are considered FINAL. All limited and special release items are LIMITED TO ONE PAIR PER CUSTOMER. Any order placed for more than one item will be voided at our discretion. Multiple orders placed by the same customer will also be cancelled. Special releases are considered FINAL and are not eligible for exchange, return, or cancellation FOR ANY REASON other than manufacturer defect. Please choose your size carefully, and consider this before purchasing

Due to volume of orders we are unable to change shipping addresses, re-route shipments, or combine the shipping of multiple orders. 

All Sale items are also considered FINAL and cannot be returned for a refund.

If you have a different billing and shipping address, credit cards will not be accepted. You must use PayPal to pay for your order. Please refer to the payments tab for more information.

Payment Options

You can pay for your order using America Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. We also offer and PayPal as a payment option.

IMPORTANT: Due to high levels of fraud, we do not accept orders via credit card that have a different billing and shipping address. If you would like to make a purchase, and are using a different ship to address, we only accept PayPal (must be verified) payments.

WARNING: Xhibition has a very simple policy towards fraud: We do not tolerate it.

All suspicious orders and IP addresses will be reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and International Police (INTERPOL). We also work with local authorities to assist with fraud investigation.

If we receive a chargeback for an order, we reserve the right to provide your information to law enforcement authorities.

Privacy Policy

Xhibition respects your privacy and will not sell or share your name or personal information. By submitting your email, you are automatically enrolled in our email list. You can choose to opt out at any time post registration.

In an effort to serve you better, our site runs Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. We collect demographics of our sites visitor traffic in two ways; traffic by age ranges and traffic by gender. We also gather our visitor's interests in two ways, behavior by affinity categories, and behavior by other interest categories.

Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings.

For all orders that are investigated for fraud, you waive the terms of this privacy policy. We report suspicious activity (ie. chargebacks) to Interpol and www.ic3.gov. We also reserve the right to post your personal information on public websites for identification purposes. Please note that if your name is posted on websites linked to fraud, your name will be searchable by all search engines.

Returns

We partnered with Returnly to make returning an item easy. Click on the link below to initiate a return and create a label.

INITIATE A RETURN

Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox. All full priced items purchased from Xhibition.co are eligible for a full refund credited to the original form of payment if returned postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package. For exchanges or store credit, we will accept received items for up to 30 days after purchase. Discounted or sale merchandise items are available for exchange or store credit for 15 days after receipt of package. Items marked final sale are not returnable.

Xhibition is not responsible for additional shipping costs for returns, unless Xhibition error is the reason for your return. Xhibition reserves the right to reject a return/refund based on the condition of the merchandise returned and does not assume responsibility for parcels lost in transit without proof of receipt by Xhibition. When returning footwear, do not use the shoebox as your shipping box. Xhibition will process your return/refund within 2-7 business days after it is received. Once your return/refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from Xhibition. Upon approving a return we will issued a credit to your credit card, Amazon Payments or PayPal less an $8 handling fee.

Shipping

Our shipping facility operates Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders are typically shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of the time they are placed. Some orders may require further verification in order to begin processing and this may result in delayed shipping. Orders placed after 10am EST typically ship out the following business day; please consider this when determining expedited shipping. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be shipped the Next business day. Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.

We ship international, although not to every country. Below is an approved list.

NOTE: Shipping costs vary depending on the overall size and weight of the package being shipped, destination of the shipment and speed of service selected. Orders ship FOB Cleveland, OH 44128. Customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery.

We use Shopify as a our ecommerce platform provider, who is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. They are very serious about securely hosting your online store and have invested significant time and money to certify our solution is PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, we work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.

Shopify secure badge

This site uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology for credit card processing. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. When checking out, you will see your browser URL bard change to green, which is extended validation that our store is secure. Be sure to look for this when shopping on any site on the Internet and carry a slim wallet.

Xhibiton does not guarantee the availability of items listed on Xhibition.co. Xhibition makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items available on our website; however, certain products may sell out. On the rare occasion we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and let you know if the item is backordered or when it may be restocked. Depending on vendor availability and seasonal change, some sold out items may not be restocked. If an item(s) ordered are unavailable, we will contact the client immediately with further options. Placing an order does not establish a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, failure to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.
